Return Policy

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must be in pristine conditions and not have been handled or framed and be returned in original packaging.

To start a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
Send all items back to us using the label provided.

You will be refunded within one week of us receiving your returned item.

If you have received a damaged artwork, please take photos of the artwork upon receiving it, including the packaging. The packaging should show proof of the artwork being damaged (not applicable to framed artwork). Contact us immediately. If the artwork proves to have been damaged in transit, we will do our best to replace the artwork as soon as possible. If we can't replace the artwork within a reasonable time frame (to be discussed together), we will refund you.
